| Paper-cutting is a traditional art in China although it's becoming a rare skill. Craftsman Rao makes paper-cutting portraits at a market in Hanghzou, Zhejiang province, Aug 25. He has been creating paper-cutting art for past eight years. He can make a quite vivid paper-cutting portrait in around 15 minutes for 50 yuan ($7.1). As Chinese Valentine's Day, Qixi, is around the corner, the paper-cutting art of couples is growing popular as it’s regarded as a special way to show love. [Photo/VCG] |
