No 2 CIC-led consortium buys 90% stake in Brazil gas pipeline

China's sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corp said on April 5 that it had, along with Canada's Brookfield Asset Management Inc and other institutional investors, acquired 90 percent stake in Nova Transportadora do Sudeste SA, a natural gas pipeline company from Brazil's State-owned Petrobras, China Daily reported.
CIC did not reveal the value of this transaction.
