The 16th Forum of Going Global Strategy for Chinese Enterprises hosted by the Western Returned Scholars Association·Overseas-educated Scholars Association of China and the China Overseas-Educated Scholars Development Foundation under the guidance of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Commerce will be held on December 11, 2017 at the Great Hall of the People.

The forum has always played a leading and supportive role in helping Chinese companies enter global markets and improve their competitiveness.

As China is now more interconnected with the rest of the world in economic terms, Chinese enterprises will embrace a new round of opportunities to go global.

The forum will implement the philosophy of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and continue to promote communication between Chinese enterprises and their foreign partners.

The forum will also be a platform for those visionaries able to help serve construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.

It will focus on policy coordination, facilities connectivity, unimpeded trade, financial integration and people-to-people bonds under the Belt and Road initiative.

There will be two round-table discussions under the themes "cooperation on unimpeded trade in the Belt and Road initiative" and "development opportunities of China's general aviation industry brought by the Belt and Road in the new era".

A news conference concerning overseas programs will be held during the forum. It will concentrate on areas with large international demands where China has enterprises and programs in play with competitive advantages based on high level manufacturing technologies.

Program representatives from participating businesses along the Belt and Road will introduce and promote their national reality, development opportunities and investment programs.
