On Thursday, a major activity in the winter sports for the disabled program kicks off in Harbin, the capital city of Heilongjiang. After the grand opening ceremony, 1,800 participants, including the disabled and their family members, play various winter sports and games on the frozen waters of the Hulan Estuary Wetland Park.
