Science can explain the reason for why “I wonder”.

“Fireflies, water reflecting light; there is almost a primal need for light and water. There are scientific experiments that prove that humans are attracted to glossy, shiny things,” French philosopher Mark Alizart said during a TED talk about human fascination with lights.

Sequined clothes can bring you light. As there will be many parties or get-togethers to celebrate the coming new year, clothes or shoes decorated with sequins would highlight you among the crowd.
