1 Simplify foreign company processing
Starting June 30, the processing procedure to establish foreign companies will be simplified by using one set of forms in one place to file and register a foreign enterprise, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on May 16. No paper, meetings and charges are needed to establish a foreign company, so the processing time will be cut extensively. China will also promote banks, customs, taxation offices and foreign exchange institutions to share and manage foreign companies' information in a timely and coordinated manner.
