Italian tire maker Pirelli recently revealed behind-the-scenes images from its 2019 calendar photo shoot.

Model Gigi Hadid, Chinese-American fashion designer Alexander Wang, dancer Misty Copeland, and actress Julia Garner are the stars of next year's edition.

Shot by Scottish photographer Albert Watson, the calendar will tell the stories of four film characters, whom are either working toward their creative goals or grappling with the consequences of success.

From 1964 to 2018, the annual Pirelli Calendars feature some of the most provocative pictures in the fashion and art worlds. The 2019 calendar is set for release in early December.
