Yinxiang Biji, a Beijing-based information app, on Monday officially announced partnership with Shanghai-based WABC Charity Foundation to launch a special fund to enable underprivileged children and those with special needs to have up-to-date access to knowledge tools and resources.

"As we all know, the current potential created by rapid technological advancement is not balanced," said Raymond Tang, CEO of Yinxiang Biji. "As a technology company with massive unstructured data and advanced AI technology, Yinxiang Biji hopes to let more people benefit with our technological advancement and eliminate the tech-accessibility gap in today's world."

The fund will help provide accessibility to knowledge tools and resources to aid educating underprivileged children and those with special needs. And its future projects will be run by WABC Charity Foundation, Yinxiang Biji and a special youth council made up of young people aged from 15 to 20

As part of their bigger efforts to better serve the underprivileged children, the two sides held an activity in Beijing to allow people to have a better understanding of the underprivileged groups.

Under the guidance of special art healing mentors, Yinxiang Biji's employees, volunteers and the underprivileged children created painting works.

The two sides said they aimed to encourage and guide more internet entrepreneurs and employees to cater to the underprivileged groups' specific need, designing and developing relative products and services accordingly.

Yinxiang Biji said the special fund will roll out new project combined with its online products and services in the next year.
