Chenshan Botanical Garden

Tianmashan Park

The 99.8-meter-high Tianmashan Park is the highest peak among the nine peaks of the Sheshan resort, and has an area of about 120 hectares. In ancient times, there were many Buddhist palaces and temples in the mountain. On the mountainside, there is a pagoda called Huzhu, which was built in 1079, the second year of Emperor Yuanfeng's reign in the Song Dynasty (960-1279).

Xiaokunshan Park

Xiaokun Mountain is known as the birthplace of many famous poets and boasts a 500-year-old gingko tree at Jiufeng Temple. The temple was built during the Song Dynasty (960-1279). Jiufeng Temple is a typical Buddhist building－a perfect place to admire both traditional Chinese architecture and gingko trees.
