BEIJING - The opening ceremony of the Eighth Ministerial Conference of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) will be held Monday evening (Beijing Time).
President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony via video link and deliver a keynote speech.
