As the "home of eels in China", Shunde, South China's Guangdong province, has formed a completed industrial chain and service system that includes cultivating, breeding, feed production, by-product processing and export. The eels are sold not only in the domestic market but also exported to more than 30 countries and regions such as Japan, South Korea, Russia and the United States.
