Chinese shares rise on Friday

Chinese stocks rose on Friday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index up 1.84 percent at 3,071.99 points.
The Shenzhen Component Index closed 2.81 percent higher at 11,121.72 points.
The ChiNext Index, China's NASDAQ-style board of growth enterprises, rose 3.55 percent to close at 2,434.22 points.
