The National Committee on US-China Relations (NCUSCR) held its 2022 annual dinner in New York on Wednesday. Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the dinner, which was read by Xu Xueyuan, Minister of the Chinese Embassy in the United States.
