Four Chinese vice-premiers endorsed by national legislature
BEIJING - Ding Xuexiang, He Lifeng, Zhang Guoqing and Liu Guozhong were endorsed as China's vice premiers at the first session of the 14th National People's Congress, the national legislature, on Sunday.
Ding Xuexiang is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the 20th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau and secretary of the Working Committee of the Central Party and State Institutions. Born in September 1962, Ding began his first job in August 1982 and joined the CPC in October 1984.
He Lifeng is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee Political Bureau. Born in February 1955, He began his first job in August 1973 and joined the CPC in June 1981.
Zhang Guoqing is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee Political Bureau. Born in August 1964, Zhang began his first job in September 1985 and joined the CPC in July 1984.
Liu Guozhong is currently a member of the 20th CPC Central Committee Political Bureau. Born in July 1962, Liu began his first job in August 1982 and joined the CPC in November 1986.
