Cambridge and Australian rowing teams shine at head of Shanghai river regatta 2023

A total of five official selected locations along the 4.2-kilometer waterway were open to the public to watch the races upon successful reservation via WeChat's mini program. Livestreaming were also provided via TV and online video platforms.
Shanghai's Mayor Gong Zheng, vice mayor Xie Dong and Tong Lixin, president of Chinese Rowing Association, were present at the opening ceremony of the Regatta on Saturday.
The first Head of Shanghai River Regatta was held in 2021. This year's competition has come to the third consecutive edition.
