On Oct 9, Lyu Changwen and Zhao Dengpan, two staff members from the State Grid Jining Power Supply Company, were checking power supply equipment to ensure a reliable electricity supply for two companies of Hengcheng Textile and Shuihu Printing in Yangying town, Liangshan county, Shandong province.

"As long as we call them, the staff members will come to help us solve the electricity problems," said the person in charge of Shuihu Printing.

The staff members also visit the company plant every month and conduct voluntary inspections of its electrical equipment and lines. They provide guidance for safe electricity use based on the company's needs.

On-site, Lyu and Zhao listened to their opinions and suggestions on power supply and quality services, while also encouraging them to use electricity at different peak times and assist enterprises in achieving high-quality development.
