As of the end of the first quarter of 2024, State Grid Jinchang Power Supply Company in Gansu province has completed the grid connection of five 330-kilovolt new energy power collection stations, eight 110-kV booster stations, 15 photovoltaic power stations, two wind farms and one independent shared energy storage station. This has added a grid-connected capacity of 2.55 million kilowatts, with an installed capacity of 5.46 million kilowatts. The proportion of new energy installed capacity accounted for 75.27 percent of the total installed capacity.

The company is strengthening the construction and management of regional control devices and promoting the first panoramic monitoring system in the country to be used in Jinchang city.
