Cargo plane makes emergency landing at Tokyo's Narita Airport

TOKYO -- A cargo plane announced an emergency landing seconds after its takeoff from Tokyo's Narita Airport on Tuesday morning, national broadcaster NHK reported.
Live footage showed the plane's right engine caught fire.
According to the airport, the plane is scheduled to land at around 11:20 am local time. There were no plans to close the runway after the emergency landing.
