Over the years, the district has been dedicated to an extensive ecological restoration initiative, spearheading more than 20 projects aimed at reviving the region's indigenous ecosystems. Through wetland rehabilitation, the creation of micro-wetland clusters, and the promotion of aquatic vegetation growth, the water quality has significantly improved to meet Grade III standards. This nurturing environment has allowed the lotus to thrive and bloom vibrantly within the park's serene surroundings.
