The APEC chairmanship handover session was held on Saturday at the close of the 32nd APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in Gyeongju, South Korea. It was announced that the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen will host the next APEC Economic Leaders' Meeting in November 2026.
