An over 66-hectare cherry blossom garden in Zhongxian county, Southwest China's Chongqing, blooms into vibrant colors and fills the air with a delightful fragrance, thanks to the rising temperatures of spring. Thanks to the diverse range of species and the unique microclimate of the Three Gorges Reservoir area, here, the cherry blossom season extends from mid-January to mid-April. This extended blooming period effectively addresses the traditional short cherry blossom viewing season, offering residents and tourists a three-month-long floral spectacle.
