IT: Eximbills update

China Systems, the largest international trade software provider in the
world, recently launched its updated version of Eximbills. EE, the upgraded
version of Eximbills, is said to improve banks' management efficiency. As more
foreign banks enter the Chinese market, local banks are upgrading their
information systems to compete with their foreign counterparts. (China

DELL Inc, the computer maker that stumbled last year with
slower-than-forecast growth, says its rapid expansion will resume as it seizes
opportunities in emerging markets such China and India. The company that seven
years ago used its direct-sales business model to capture the No.1 spot among
U.S. computer makers hopes to do the same in China, India, Eastern Europe and
