Light Industry: ZIPPO's IPR complaint

ZIPPO Manufacturing Co Inc and ZippMark Inc, the producer of Zippo lighters,
have filed a complaint to the United States International Trade Commission
against a group of foreign producers, including four Chinese manufacturers of
lighters, over infringement of intellectual property rights.
The complaint could lead to an ITC investigation under section 337 of the
Tariff Act of 1930, and the commission could exclude goods made by the four
Chinese companies from entering the United States.
The four Chinese producers are Tung Fong International Promotion Co Ltd,
Wenzhou Star Smoking Set Co Ltd, Taizhou Rongshi Lighter Development Co Ltd and
Wenshou Tailier Smoking Set Co Ltd.
