Culture: Never applied for a patent

The 9th China Beijing International High-tech Expo closed on the afternoon of
May 28. Director Feng Chujian with the Department of Policy, Regulations and
Reform under the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) revealed on the Forum
on Intellectual Property Right (IPR) Protection that morning that 99% of China's
enterprises never applied for a potent.
China will set up
a translation assessment panel to supervise the quality of translation work and regulate
the market, which has long been plagued by disorder and unfair
competition, industry management officials said in Shanghai yesterday.
