GoMacao.com acquires Macao.comBy ()
Updated: 2007-06-13 17:03 China's GoMacao.com, a destination marketing and online travel company, said in a statement that it has acquired Macao.com, a Macao-based information and e-commerce web portal. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The website will allow users to access a variety of Macao-related information and businesses, including news, real estate, employment, gaming, exhibitions and travel. GoMacao.com, which is owned by private equity fund MKW Capital Management, said it plans to expand Macao.com's content and functions over the coming months. The rebuilt Macao.com website will be soft-launched next week and will be originally available in English and Chinese.
