Large Medium SmallThe Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail will begin service on Dec 26 and will connect the Zhengzhou-Xi'an high-speed rail, which has been in operation.
This will shorten the travel time from Beijing to Xi'an, capital of Northwest China's Shaanxi province, to four hours and 40 minutes.
