Real estate giant China Poly Group Corp just released a new membership program in Beijing for clients from different industries to share resources and profit, the company's top management said.

Members can connect with each other through the address list. They can also attend academic forums and visit other companies to exchange ideas, said Wang Zhuxuan, leader of the project.

The shared information serves the discovery of talent and the learning of successful business cases, he added.

"We expect to bridge companies from different fields together to promote sharing and interaction among group members and add more value to their assets," he said.

The past 20 years has been the golden era of real estate, concurrent with the development of history, according to a September quote from China Poly's official WeChat.

Competition among property developers has turned from selling houses to management of business assets and maintenance of client relationships, it said.

The Beijing branch of the group has built large-scale central business districts in four directions of the capital with a total area of 1.1 million square meters, whose sales value reached about 30 billion yuan ($4.5 billion), according to the company.

The program aims to establish alliances among customers from industries, including finance, internet, media, advanced manufacturing and medical health, it said.

The first batch of members included investment enterprise Source Code Capital, clinic operator Distinct Healthcare and Beijing-based Heaven-Sent Capital Management Group Co.
