3 Skydeck at Sears Tower, Chicago, Illinois, US
The glass balcony is suspended 1,353 feet (412 meters) in the air and juts out 4 feet (1.22 meters) from the Sears Tower's 103rd floor Skydeck. Visitors can see four US states on a clear day. The glass floor on the balcony is 12.7 cm thick and can bear a load of about five tons.
