What is your idea of perfect happiness?

To be in harmony with oneself. Perfect happiness needs satisfaction in the business world and in private life.

What is the saying that you like the most and why?

"Nothing is completed and everything can be done better."

How do you spend your weekend?

Though I plan my weekends meticulously, I still end up working on most weekends.

If not, it is either dining out with the family or just relaxation.

What is the quality that you most admire in people?

I value openness and loyalty in friends and like people who say what they think and know what they are saying.

What kind of "green" lifestyle do you adopt?

All of our businesses are green. But I also have a new central heating system at home that runs on clean energy.

What are your hobbies?

Reading, golf and winter skiing.

What is the book that you are reading now?

I am a voracious reader and read several books at a time. I am reading The Summer of 1914 by William S. Lind.

How would you describe Chinese businessmen?

People dressed in suits, busy and always with a laugh.
