In a sign that shows how consumption habits of Chinese are changing, the top 10 most popular goods and trends were focused on exquisite and healthy products, according to AliResearch report in April.

The ranking was based on the turnover and growth rate of each commodity's medium and high-end products sold in 2016, according to Alibaba New Consumption Index.
