Eva Mendes says keeping in shape is a "constant struggle". The 'Ghost Rider' actress admits she dislikes it when other actresses claim they never have to think about what they eat because maintaining her slim figure takes a lot of effort.

She said: "I make every excuse not to go to the gym and it's a battle for me. I want girls to know that. "

When I hear these actresses say that they don't have to watch what they eat, I just want to shake them because so many of us struggle with that. "It's a constant struggle making sure that I'm eating my greens and going to the gym."

Eva also revealed she does feel pressure to lose weight, but is determined not to succumb to it. She said: "I'm not your rail think kind of girl. I'm Cuban so I've got hips and a butt and I like to stay voluptuous."
