4. Hsiao Shu Shen

The singer-actress was arrested for suspected use for cocaine and methamphetamine in 2006, and sent to rehab in June, 2007. In November of the same year, Hsiao was arrested again for suspected drug use. She was sentenced to 7 months in jail. In October 2010, Xiao was arrested for the third time - she was on probation - for suspected use of drugs. She has served in jail for 19 months, and has reportedly remained clean ever since.
