The divorce of the "model" acting couple Wang Xuebing and Sun Ning's divorce hit the front pages in April 2012, just three years after they married.
Pop stars Yao Chen and Ling Xiaosu announced the end of their seven-year marriage in January 2011. The news came as a shock to many, because the couple had appeared to be devoted to one another.
