Cat wins in fight against snake

Residents in Yuelu District of Changsha, Hunan Province, saw a fight on Friday between a cat and a snake.

The cat and a 1-metre-long black snake stared each other down on a lawn of the district on that morning. The snake suddenly lunged at the cat, which successfully dodged aside. After 10 minutes and several rounds of fighting, the cat heavily slapped the snake's head when it made another attack, then pressed the snake and bit off its head until the snake stopped moving and died.
