Driver and tied up boy attract police attention

A driver was suspected of kidnapping after his son was seen tied up inside their car in Wuhan, capital of Hubei province, last Tuesday. Many residents dialed the police hotline after they saw the car traveling on the Beijing-Zhuhai expressway. After police stopped the car, they realized the child was with his father. The driver surnamed Luo said he tied up his 4-year-old to prevent him from distracting him while he's driving. (www.chinanews.com.cn) |
