Venezuela shows willingness to support China relief

Venezuela president Hugo Rafael Chávez Frías showed understanding of Hu's decision to cancel the state visit with Venezuela. Rafael also expressed his deep condolences for victims in the Qinghai quake-stricken area，saying "Venezuela is willing to provide any possible support to China".
