Deputy to the National People's Congress Zhang Huiping talks to bus drivers in Baiyin city, Gansu province on Feb 22. Zhang is a dispatcher at a bus company in the city. Newly elected as deputy to the congress, which will be held in March, she is collecting opinions from colleagues and passengers in her spare time in order to come up with proposals for improving transportation.
