| Wang Chuanfu, 74-year-old, walks with his 17-year-old grandson Wang Xiao, tied to a rope in a community in Nangang County, Hefei, East China's Anhui province, April 17, 2014. They have been walking like this for more than 10 years. Wang Xiao was born with congenital cerebral palsy, a severe brain disease, due to which he has no awareness or ability to look after himself.
