Beijing Tongchuangjiuding Investment Co has become the first private equity company to be listed at the National Equities Exchange and Quotations, according to the third board on Wednesday.

The company issued shares to 142 investors for financing of 3.5 billion yuan ($561.1 million). After insurance, the capitalization of the firm will total 18.3 million shares and total assets will be 4.2 billion yuan.

Investors bought the shares through their money invested in the private equity and venture capital funds managed by Tongchuangjiuding Investment.

As a subsidiary of the company, JD Capital Co had managed funds totaling 26.4 billion yuan by Oct 31. It has invested in 209 deals in eight sectors, with this investment totaling 15.4 billion yuan.

JD Capital has cashed out 2.7 billion yuan from 24 deals and the investment amount in these deals was 1.17 billion yuan.
