Great power relations are highly anticipated. China and the US are expected to make tangible progress in the China-US Bilateral Investment Treaty talks. The China-EU 2020 Strategic Agenda for Cooperation will be further implemented. China and Russia are expected to cooperate more in investment, energy, high-tech and innovation industries.
