A Halloween carnival is scheduled from Oct 13 to Nov 13 at a theme park in Guangzhou, capital of Guangdong province, as the Western festival is just around the corner.

Chimelong Paradise, in Guangzhou's southern district of Panyu, will organize a series of exciting Halloween shows and introduce 14 large-scale haunted houses to visitors during the month-long event.

According to organizers, seven innovative haunted house themes and ghostly zones will be added to this year's carnival.

After playful interactions in haunted houses and screaming on roller coaster rides, visitors are also allowed entrance into the nearby water park, with all facilities in the park featuring heated water.
