Kidnappers held
Four men who kidnapped and killed a mentally disabled man were arrested in Liangshan, Sichuan province, the Xinhua News Agency reported yesterday.
After kidnapping the man last September, the gang blackmailed his employer for a ransom of 150,000 yuan.
