As part of an initiative to re-enforce the luxury hotel's commitment to service, the Ritz-Carlton Beijing recently announced a series of enrichment services to guests who have chosen to stay at the hotel's Club and Suite level.

It has redefined the luxury Club and Suite experience for the 21st century, combining intimacy, comfort and exclusive personal service and attention to detail for today's guests, said management.

"Personal service and attention to detail have always been the hallmarks of the Ritz-Carlton," said Victor Clavell, area vice president of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company's operations in the Asia-Pacific region.
