Grilled meat on skewers, various vegetarian dips with soft, warm flat bread, and small cups of very strong coffee. This is what comes to my mind when I think of Turkish food. Obviously I don't know a lot about this cuisine.

Having said that, I decided to do a bit of reading about Turkish food and went to check out the Turkish restaurant located on Lantau Island in Mui Wo.
