Other domestic productions, including Tiger Mom,The Journey of Flower, as well as the highly reputed Nirvana in Fire, The Disguiser, and Once Upon a Time in Tsingtao all took home reputed awards.
Renowned actor Zhang Guoli, who headed the jury this year, said the results were produced based on merit. "We didn't relax or tighten the rules this year. We played according to the book," said Zhang.
