Accomplice in rape attempt gets 6 months

A man surnamed Wang was convicted of being an accomplice to a rape attempt when he bought a wife for his brother, sina.com reported yesterday.Wang, a resident of Pingyin County in Shandong Province, was sentenced to six months in jail. Wang purchased a woman surnamed Xu from human traffickers to marry his 50-year-old brother, who had never married. The woman resisted sexual advances, but if Wang's brother had succeeded in having sex with her, Wang's sentence would have been more severe, said a court staff.
