Fraudsters host web forum

Two young men who ran a "Mark
Six" forum have been arrested for fraud in Chaozhou, reports Information Times.
Fang and Weng set up the forum through a website-hosting service in June.
More than 10 people paid the pair membership fees ranging from 3,000 to 5,000
yuan (US$360-600) to gain access to "winning numbers".
Fang and Weng also gained some 100,000 yuan (US$12,080) through advertising
paid for by organizers of underground "Mark Six" schemes, police
said.
