Man sues son, 3, for property ownership

A 43-year-old divorced man successfully sued his three-year-old son over
property rights to an apartment the boy obtained with his mother's "help",
Shanghai Evening Post reports.
After their divorce, Xiao and his ex-wife Chen continued to live under the
same roof as neither of them wanted to be apart from their son.
But upon learning that Xiao had bought a new apartment, Chen wrote up a
contract to sell it to the son in Xiao's name in March.
The son then became the owner of the property certificate.
When Xiao found out what she had done, he was forced to take his son to court
to have the contract ruled invalid. The father won the
lawsuit.
