Boy, 1, as heavy as 4-year-old

A 14-month-old child in
Beijing weighs 20 kilograms, Wuxi Daily reports.
Shi Shuai looks more like a boy of two or three, but weighs as much as a
four- to five-year-old child.
Shi Yongchun, the baby's father, expressed concern about the boy's hefty
physique and his height, especially as he weighed less than four kilograms when
he was born, like most ordinary babies.
The father said the child did not eat too much, perhaps even less than other
children, but was otherwise healthy, according to his
paediatrician.
