14 gas leakages in 38 hours kill 4 ( 2003-12-24 16:22) (China Daily)
Four people were killed in 14 gas-leakage accidents in a span of 38 hours earlier this week, Youth Daily reports. A family of three, a daughter and her parents, died when the pipe connected to the water heater leaked on Monday night. Local fire control authorities caution residents to take more care of gas appliances during winter.
